Vacation Rental Description

This brand new 2007 Oleander Model Designer home has been beautifully  
furnished by Southern Lifestyles.  The Village of ’Largo’ is a short  
distance to Lake Sumter Landing  Town Square and just a few minutes  
walk to the Bacall Recreation center with a heated pool, 
tennis courts, pools tables, Boccie ball and many other family  
activities. 
 
The large master bedroom has a full size comfy king bed with  
dressers, color television and walk-in closets.  The master bath has  
upgraded vanity and sinks with large walk-in tiled shower with seat.   
The elevated position of the house allows a view of the Bogart and  
Bacall Executive golf courses from the master bedroom windows. 
 
The 2nd bedroom also has a queen-sized bed with dressers and double  
closet.  The 3rd bedroom has a sofa that converts into a queen  
pullout for extra guests including a desk and double closet. 
 
The eat-in kitchen seats four and has full views surrounding this  
corner plot.  The kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities to make  
your stay more enjoyable.  The open living room / dining area include  
a sofa / loveseat and television with upgraded cable.  The house is  
also equipped with a Bose surround system throughout the house for  
music entertainment.  The dining room opens with French doors to an  
elevated & screened lanai surrounding the back side of the house and  
kitchen area for relaxing eating outside.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central heat and air conditioning; phones and answering machine; 2  
color tv’s including upgraded cable / DVD; Bose radio speaker system  
wired throughout the house; fully equipped kitchen includes: dishes,  
glasses, pots/pans, utensils, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher,  
refrigerator w/icemaker, garbage disposal, laundry room with  
washer/dryer & linens.  Garbage pick-up and lawn care are already  
included.

Activities and Attractions

Your stay at The Villages will be about sunshine and golf!! A $50  
Village Resident ID card entitles you to all privileges of a  
homeowner and allows for play on the 8 championship golf courses for  
an additional fee.  The 18 Executive Golf Courses are free with the  
Village resident ID card. The Villages is a 55+ golf cart friendly  
community and a golf cart can be included for long-term rentals. 
 
In addition to golf, there are plenty of other things to do around  
the Villages and surrounding areas.  During your stay you could enjoy  
any one of the 32 heated pools, play boccie or pickle ball, tennis,  
basketball fishing, shuffleboard, take in movies or go bowling.  You  
are also within driving distance to Disney World, Universal Studios,  
Kennedy Space Centre and Seaworld.  The Villages are located in  
Central Florida and if seeing the ocean is on your agenda it can be  
reached it just over an hour driving either way. 
 
Both the Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Town squares have downtown  
shops, theaters, and restaurants.  There is also nightly live  
entertainment in the middle of the town square were everyone gathers  
to enjoy the music and do a little dancing. All your entertainment  
and shopping is accessible by golf cart. 
 
Long term guests can join one of the American, British, or European  
clubs for socializing. 
 
For UK & European travelers - Charter flights are available via  
usually direct from London to Sanford International Airport.

Vacation Rental Rates

*Property available after May 2nd,  
 
Jan 01 - Mar 31..........$3000/month   Rates for 2010 will be $3200/month 
Apr 01 - May 31..........$2000/month 
Jun 01 - Sep 30..........$1800/month 
Oct 01 - Dec 31..........$2000/month 
 
* Rates include Florida sales tax and are based on 2 people.   
* No children under 18 unless prior arrangements are made. 
* $500 security deposit is required - returned after inspection 
* Village Amenity Fee not included in price - $50 upon arrival 
* No pets & no smoking inside 
* Weekly rate are $100 per night with 3 night minimum 
* Additional $100 cleaning fee (can be deducted from deposit) 
* Payment can be accepted in USD, Euro's or British Pounds at  
equivalent exchange rate during time of stay. 
* Golf cart included with rental at no extra charge.
