next family vacation, located just 2.5 miles from downtown Breckenridge or .5 miles to the shuttle!
The main level offers a gorgeous great room with 25 ft ceilings, Bose surround sound stereo, wet bar,
and fireplace. Off of the great room you will find an 8 foot hot tub, patio set, fire pit, gas grill,
and in-ground trampoline. The dining area can provide seating for 8, plus an additional 3 at the bar.
The gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry; it
is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal and more! On the main level you will also
find Bedroom #1 and #2, both offering queen beds, televisions, DVD players, and a full bathroom
between them.
As you head downstairs, you will find a thrilling theatre room with platform seating for 6, 52” TV,
surround sound, theatre-style popcorn maker, pub table with seating for 4 and a kitchenette. Off of
the theatre room there are two more bedrooms and a ¾ bathroom for them to share. Bedroom #3 features
a king-sized bed, electric fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player. Bedroom #4 is a kids dream
offering 2 bunk beds, each with a twin on top, full futon on bottom, and twin trundle underneath
which also includes an electric fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, Game Cube with games.
The upper level you will find Bedroom #5 & #6, loft, and game room. The Loft offers a cozy lounging
area with sectional sofa, overstuffed reading chair and a TV built into the staircase. The Game Room
is the perfect fun room with pool table, plasma TV, arcade game with over 100 games. The game room
can also be used for a 7th bedroom, with the use of an Aerobed, since there is a full private
bathroom attached and private doors. Bedroom #5 has a full bed with an electric fireplace and TV/DVD
combo. Last but not least is Bedroom #6 and this is the master suite with king-sized bed, TV/DVD,
Jacuzzi tub, dual sinks, and separate shower. You can also enjoy coffee or cocktail on your own
private deck with 2 wonderfully relaxing wind chairs.
