Located on a deep-water canal, less than quarter mile to ocean.
Flats fishing – trout, reds flounder, etc. Off-Shore fishing -
Grouper, snapper, cobia, king fish, etc.
Located in the gated community of Snug Harbour, next to the
Apalachee Bay Yacht Club, you are within walking distance to the
public beach. Excellent seafood restaurants, and one of the best
golf courses in the area are only minutes away.
A deep-water boat slip is available to fish, scallop or just boat
ride in some of the best fishing area around.
25 miles to Tallahassee and FSU Seminoles.

This is a gated residential neighborhood and not appropriate for group gatherings or parties; quite time after 10:00PM which includes Hot Tub use on main deck.

Covered parking is available for two cars only and a trailer.

Any violation of the above stated rules will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

deck. Covered parking, Air Conditioning, Satellite TV, VCR, Stereo,

Smoking or pets.

Shell Point is home to some of the best windsurfing and sailing
regattas in the area. Golfing and fine dining to "local" seafood
