Vacation Rental Description

This 1650 square foot townhouse sits right on the wayer; has three different decks, two that 
overlook the water and one that looks out over the St. Marks 
National Wildlife Refuge. The main deck has your own private hot tub 
overlooking the 30-slip private boat dock. 

Free Internet and local/long distance calling. Large pool, showers, bathrooms, palm huts, poolside grill 30 yards 
from townhouse. Shell Point beach is located right around the corner.

Hardwood floors on the main floor with Berber carpet upstairs. 
Master bedroom has a queen size bed with 26" TV, second 
bedroom has two twin beds and the loft has a futon if needed.

43" big-screen digital TV, DVD and VCR.

Located on a deep-water canal, less than quarter mile to ocean. 
Flats fishing – trout, reds flounder, etc. Off-Shore fishing - 
Grouper, snapper, cobia, king fish, etc.

Located in the gated community of Snug Harbour, next to the 
Apalachee Bay Yacht Club, you are within walking distance to the 
public beach. Excellent seafood restaurants, and one of the best 
golf courses in the area are only minutes away.

A deep-water boat slip is available to fish, scallop or just boat 
ride in some of the best fishing area around. 

25 miles to Tallahassee and FSU Seminoles.

Fully equipped kitchen; dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, 
full size refrigerator, Jen-Air range/stove, phone, microwave,

Shell Point is home to some of the best windsurfing and sailing

Shore Fishing, Hunting, Restaurants, Boating, Sailing, Windsurfing 
and Shelling.
