you into this superbly appointed holiday home.  Feel the refreshing  
breeze of Estero Bay as it filters through the house, or enjoy the  
comforts of the central air conditioning.  This elegant home,  
located at 16 Bayview Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL, is a perfect,  
tranquil base for enjoying a true Fort Myers Beach experience.

This home is bright and spacious with water views from almost every  
room.  Rather your stay is only for a week or for a month the  
memories you'll build will last you and your family a lifetime.   
Located in a quiet neighborhood of million dollar homes, and  
situated in a lush, tropical setting with 100 feet of direct  
waterfront. 
 
This three bedroom, two bath, ranch home offers over 2100 square  
feet of living space, with a beautiful in ground, heated pool, under  
a screened in lanai.  Sunbathe in the back yard while watching the  
manatees and dolphins in the canal, or enjoy fishing right from your  
own dock.  There's also a fish cleaning station should you catch  
dinner for the evening.  Bringing a boat or thinking of renting  
one?  No problem, pull up and dock right in the back yard.  The deep  
waters of Estero Bay are less than a minute away. 
 
The living room is very large, overlooking the canal and pool area.   
There is also an office area, complete with fax machine and internet  
hook up.  Enjoy reading one of the many books from our library,  
listening to the stereo or watching your favorite TV show or movie.   
For those who may need an additional sleeping area, the living room  
sofa also converts to a queen sized bed. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts and amenities of  
home.  Meals can be enjoyed either in the formal dining room,  
dinette or breakfast bar area overlooking the pool, in the lanai or  
on the canal deck while watching the fish jump or manatees swim by.   
There is a large and airy family room, enclosed with a wall of  
windows to take in the beautiful water views and yard.  Enjoy  
watching some TV or just relaxing on the oversized leather furniture. 
 
Your master suite has a king sized bed, and a full private ensuite  
bath.  Enjoy a late night movie on your in room TV or the views of  
Estero Bay.  Sunrises from this room, while overlooking the Bay, are  
truly unforgettable.  Your master bath has a make-up area, sink and  
separate toilet and shower room. 
 
The second bedroom is spacious.  The king sized bed is sure to  
provide your guests with a peaceful nights rest.  They can also  
enjoy their own in room cable TV.  The third bedroom has twin sized  
beds and views of Estero Bay. 
 
This home is conveniently located close to many shops, restaurants,  
and the movie theater.  Grocery shopping is just three miles North  
of the house.  Walk to the numerous restaurants, shops or the  
movies, ride the bike path to see the island, or catch the trolley  
into Times Square or Bonita Springs for a quarter a ride.  Please  
note that this home is a nonsmoking home and a pet free home as well. 
 
Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can  
swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand  
dollars.  Charter boats, jet ski's and parasailing rentals are  
within walking distance.  Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino  
boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West.   
Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy  
great restaurants, and fantastic shopping.  Looking for something to  
do after the beach?  There are numerous golf courses, mini golf,  
frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much  
more.  Further out you can enjoy museums, like the Ford and Edison  
House, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center,  
Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.

Thanksgiving Week ........................... $1950.00/week 
 
Add 11% FL Sales Tax, a $750 refundable security deposit, and a  
$135.00 departure cleaning charge.  10% discount for 4 weeks  
consecutive rental.  Rates include all utilities.  Arrival/departure  
days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.
