Vacation Rental Description

Check calendar for availability. This 2/2 ground floor condo is 5  
minutes from John Morris Beach  
(Bunch Beach), 10-12 minutes from the Sanibel Lighthouse Beach and  
15 minutes from Fort Myers Beach.  Great shopping nearby at Bell  
Tower Mall, Tanger Outlet Mall.  Fine restaurants are also within 5- 
10 minutes. The Brasserie, Prawnbroker, CinCin, Parrot Key just to  
name a few.  Plenty of diners, fast food and ethnic types of  
restaurants within 5 minutes or so.  Golf courses, marinas with boat  
rentals, kayaks, canoes and wonderful gulfside nature parks are all  
within 20 minutes from this property.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large screened patio with wonderful lake view.  Heated pool, club  
house, billiards, barbeque, bike and walking paths.  Community is  
quiet but very near everything in all sorts of activities for any  
lifestyle.  Of course don't forget about all the great nearby  
beaches!  Condo has washer and dryer and totals 1100 square feet of  
living area.  Clean, bright, airy and spacious.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are per month 
 
$1,800 per month April through November. 
$1,950 per month for December and April. 
$2,300 per month for January through March. 
All prices plus 6% Florida sales tax and 5% tourist bed tax. 
We prefer a 3 month rental and Florida sales tax (6%) is included  
for 3 months as a bonus.  Monthly rentals will charged Florida sales  
and tourist sales tax.  All rentals will be charged a $80.00  
departure cleaning fee. 
Sorry but the Condo Association does not allow any pets.
