newly decorated 2Bed, 2Bath second-floor condo.  Start your day at  
the gym in the spa area on the Intracoastal which has an unsurpassed view 
of Singer Island from the waterfront swimming pool.  Have breakfast or 
morning coffee on the delightful terrace where there's a bit of a 
water view.  This is an end unit, so there's lots of light in the 
apartment. 
    Bring a glass of wine and drink in spectacular sunsets from our 
white sand "beach". 
    This is a great location:  5 minutes from North Palm Beach Country 
Club and Lake Park Marina, 10 minutes from City Place and Kravis 
Center in West Palm, Juno Beach or Riviera Beach and 15 minutes to the 
new Palm Beach Gardens Center, Worth Avenue, Breakers Hotel, Roger

Rivera Beach which is 10 minutes away has bike rentals and boats  
which 
depart regularly for Peanut Island.  If you're a camper, this is the 
place.  If not, stop in at the Tiki Bar for entertainment and fun.
