full bed, one queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full beds.
There is also a full sized futon, totalling 10 persons. Bedrooms,
bathroom and large, kitchen/dining/living areas are on the first
floor, complete with a wrap around porch. Head down the spiral staircase, to the fully renovated, walk out basement.  The basement/familyroom has a wood burning stove, perfect for those cold winter nights, or chilly summer evenings!!
There is also oil forced hot air, for the really cold nights.

The home is a few feet down your private yard, to 80ft of lake
front.

The kitchen has diswasher, disposal, electric stove, and wine
refridgerator. The family room has a large wood stove, T.V., DVD,
and video.

Take a walk around the neighborhood, sit out on the deck in the
evening enjoy the quiet, or head to nearby, Farmington and Wolfboro,
to stroll around the stores. Whatever your pleasure, it's all at
your fingertips.

Are you a snow fan? Why not try out the skiing at nearby Gunstock,
a short 30 min drive, part of which is, along the scenic shores of
Lake Winnepesake.

This home is available for weekends, weekly, monthly or longer rentals, with a two night minimum.
Our prices starts at $350 per week, (winter rate) but, we would be
