Condo in quaint Lake-Side Town Near Disney 
The enchanting, old-fashioned lakeside, town of Mount Dora, 26 miles  
from Sanford Orlando Airport amongst the rolling hills and lakes of  
beautiful Lake County in Central Florida. The town is characterized  
as "little New England" by travel gurus and is known as the "antique  
capital" of Florida. Situated three blocks from downtown Mount Dora,  
but still retains a degree of privacy around the quiet residential  
neighborhood. Beautifully landscaped grounds with towering oaks  
providing shade to the second-story screened-in patio. The town's  
Lake Dora front setting features an antebellum inn. It is said to be  
the oldest operating hotel in Florida; a place where you can sit in a  
rocking chair on the porch watching the sunset sipping a cold beer or 
 a home-made lemonade.  
 
There are dozens of shops, quaint eateries, and open air pubs. The  
town has gained a reputation for its art, boating, antique, books,  
automobile, music and bicycle festivals held each year. Many visitors  
also come to Mount Dora merely to rest and relax in a restful, but stimulating 
cultural environment.  However, the theme parks and attractions are less than an hour away.  
This area offers all of the activities the state of Florida has to  
offer, yet comfortably away from the crowds of Orlando and the  
attractions.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Queen bed in Master Suite;  tub/shower in master bath; heierloom antique 
 full sized bed in guest suite with shower included in the bathroom.   
Both beds are outfitted with luxury Fieldcrest Charisma linens.   
Galley Kitchen is equipped with convection combo microwave, coffee maker,  
disposal and dishwasher as well as an assortment of Revereware cookware.  
Place settings and dining table for six (6).  Cable TV (31" in living room 
 19" in master bedroom), high speed internet included in rental fee.  Local  
phone service included.  Sleeper sofa in living area.  Washer  
and dryer are located in the utility room of the unit.  Covered  
parking directly underneath unit.  Pool, golf and tennis courts located nearby.   
 If you want a place that is tastefully decorated, in a quiet condo community 
 and within a relaxed and civilized village, this place is for you! 

Activities and Attractions

Tennis, horseback riding, boating, diving, snorkeling.  Wine tasting,  
antiqueing, bicycling, hunting, fishing, yoga, swimming, library  
nearby, organiz foods, investment seminars and berry picking in season.

Vacation Rental Rates

Short term rentals available -- inquire as to fee and availabilty. 
 
Monthly rates in season October through April = $1,775.00 with three month minimum; out of season  
rates, May through September are $1,200.00. with three month minimum.
