   Monthly rates in season October through December = $1,650.00; January through April -- $2000. Out of season rates, May through September are $1,200.00.  Security Deposit ($500.00) and first and last months rent due 30 days in advance of arrival.  A $75.00 mandatory cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
