Condo is apporx. 1100 sq. Ft. and sleeps 6.  Roomy one bedroom has  
king size bed and futon.  Large combined living area has hideaway  
sofa and kitchen with island bar and all the utensils.  Unit  
includes cable T.V., central air, washer & dryer, and dishwasher.  A  
perfect getaway for a couple or family.

Activities and Attractions

Located in historic downtown South Haven one block from the river,  
marinas, harbor, shops, dining, and theater.  A beautiful sandy  
beach is an easy walk. 
 
Everyday is an adventure at Lake Michigan's shore.  Kal-Haven trail  
is a close bike ride, the beach is a short walk, and the river is  
just a block away.   
 
South Haven has over 50 stores and restaurants with small town  
charm.  Sailing, fishing, swimming, sun bathing, shopping, eating  
and dancing all at your door steps.

Vacation Rental Rates

$880 per week Friday to Friday from Memorial Day to Labor Day,  
plus taxes and $60.00 cleaning fee.  Minimum 3 days at $145.00 per  
day.  
 
Holidays: 4th of July - $1,080.00/week 
Minium Week rental. 
 
6% Sales Tax. 
 
50% for deposit, 100% 30 days before rental and $100 Security  
Deposit.  
 
3 day minimum $90.00 per night off season, plus taxes and $60.00  
cleaning fee.   
 
Long term rentals special rates.
