This was my third time at Mike and Jill's condo and have never had any problems with arrangements. The place is perfect for a South Haven visit. The condo has always been clean, plenty of room and all the amenities of home. It is right downtown and you can walk anywhere, in fact I have never have used my rental car once I got there. I would recommend if you are heading to South Haven.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

South Haven is Quaint and Lovely

The condo was roomy for a one bedroom, and the beach is a short walking distance. Be cautious, however. In addition to inadvertently inflating the contract price, which was caught in a review, the deposit was lost. This owner indicated the unit was dirty and in disarray. All comforters on the bed were neatly folded and pillows aligned nicely. Bed was stripped per instrucitons and 3 loads of laundry were done (2 towels and a load of sheets). Carpet was vacuumed and all dishes were out of the dishwasher. Nothing was on the kitchen counter. There are 3 who will attest to this, as well as 2 additional travelers with our family. We left a full hour and 15 minutes prior to checkout time and it's inconceivable that someone couldn't ready this one-bedroom condo in 4 hours and 15 minutes. It's nice to be treated kindly and with fairness.
