Vacation Rental Description

Condo built in 2003 located in Destin on Scenic Emerald Coast Hwy 98 
3 Spacoius Bedrooms and 3 large Bathrooms. Laundry room with washer 
and dryer, iron etc.  Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and 
seperate dining area.
Master Bedroom has King bed with covered patio with magnificent view 
of the Gulf of Mexico
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and bathroom
Bederoom #3 has 2 twin beds,a queen size futon, also a  pvt. bathroom
Living Room has Queen size sofa bed with a patio with great view of 
the Gulf of Mexico. All rooms have TV's with VCRs and /or DVDs

Vacation Rental Amenities

Resort has 2 large swimming pools, one is heated in cooler months.
Covered parking in garage, elevators, luggage carts, private beach 
with chair rentals available.Cabanas poolside available for rental.
Club house located on top floor.
Condo located near shopping and Sandestin Factory Outlet Mall
Newly built Destin Commons featuring Bass Pro Shops and large movie 
theatre, numerous shops and restaurants. 

Activities and Attractions

Pontoon Boat and Jet ski rentals available. Parasailing, dinner 
excursions,snokeling, deep sea fishing and any kind of water sports 
imaginable. Water Park,aquarium, putt-putt and go-kart track. There 
are many golf courses in the area such as Sharks Tooth by Greg 
Norman, Kelly Plantation by Fred Couples, Regatta Bay, Emerald Bay, 
San Destin Resorts has 3 golf course and numerous others in the area.
The Panhandle of Florida is a mecca for any kind of recreation you 
desire.
