Vacation Rental Description

This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath professionally decorated property is the 
perfect setting for an unforgettable Lake Lanier Vacation. Spread 
out into 3 separate living areas. The home is also very well 
equipped with 5 large HD Plasma TV's.  Home also offers exercize 
equipment, steam room, and game room with pool table, fuze ball, air 
hockey. 

It is located 1 block off of Buford Dam Rd (only 2 miles from 
Marketplace shopping area) This location makes it a short 30 to 45 
minute trip to Downtown Atlanta. 


The home and furnishings are almost indescribable and will meet or 
exceed the expectations of our most discriminating guests

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season (May-Aug & Holiday weeks) $900 per night/$5400 per week
Mid Season (Sept, Oct, Mar, Apr) $700 per night/$4200 per week
Off Season $400 per night/$2400 per week

Rates subject to change without notice!

Fees: 7% sales tax on rental price.  The deposit is $500 approved 
on credit card to hold property.  Rental balance plus $175 cleaning 
fee due by check 7 days before check in date.  If payment is not 
received 7 days in advance there will be an $85 administrative fee.  
We accept credit card payment for balance for an additional 3% 
processing fee.  
Cleaning fee is non negotiable - ALL homes professionally cleaned after each guest!
