You have gorgeous views of either the mountains or the lake. Castle House sleeps ten in this 2 years
new SPACIOUS four bedroom, two bath home. Decorated in upscale mountain decor with all the
amenities to make you feel like royalty. Perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. The great room
has a 50" flat screen plasma TV with DVD/VCR, a dining area with seating for eight, and a floor
to cathedral ceiling rock fireplace to keep you warm or to set a romantic mood. Watch your
movie rental or just enjoy the evening with your friends or family as you sip your favorite wine or
coffe. Lounge in comfortable rich leather couches and chairs. Rest your feet on a leather ottoman
for that ultimate feeling of relaxation.
Kitchen: is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you'll need and service for up to 10
people. Prepare a feast or have breakfast just for two.
Master Bedroom: has a king log bed and two other bedrooms each have queen log beds. Three
bedrooms are on the entry level with a full bathroom. The open loft has a sleeper couch, pool table
and a dry bar. The master bedroom is upstairs, is very private, and has its own balcony, fireplace,
walk-in closet, and remote operated gas fireplace. The large master bathroom has a comfortable
jetted tub for one or two and a separate large shower for one or two.
Laundry facilities are also provided if you need to clean clothes during a longer stay.
Game Area: Play pool and watch your favorite show, rental movie or sports event from the loft, which
overlooks the great room and the 50" plasma TV.
Spa: For relaxing under the stars there is a new "lay or sit" spa with powerful jets, lights, and a
mini waterfall. Massage those pains away (accomodates 6). You will truly enjoy this home
in the beautiful Castle Glen area of Big Bear.
Rear Deck: Barbeque on the rear deck and plan your meal at the outdoor table there for even more
mountain fun.
Front Deck: Home has a front to side wrap-around deck to view the mountain scenery and the lake.
Stroll: Stroll or drive up the street to enjoy the mountain scenery, the beautiful log mountain
homes, and the beautiful lake views.

Vacation Rental Rates

The owners want renters to enjoy the upscale mountain look and feel of this home without having
to "hock the family jewels" to afford it. The prices are un-matchable for anything this nice in Big
Bear for a 2 years new, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2,500 square foot, log home with a fabulous view of the
lake in upscale Castle Glen.
Weekdays: $300 per night
Weekends: $400 per night. July 4 and Labor Day weekend (min 3 nights) - $1,700
Full week: $1,700 per week
Full week including July 4 or Labor Day weekend: $2,300 for the week
Full month: $5,000 (a month can be any 30 day period). If full month includes a holiday: $6,000
The above rates change in winter season (November 1, 2008 through March 31, 2009) Please inquire
about winter season rates.
Other fees apply including taxes (approx 10%), booking fee ($25)and cleaning fee (approx $160)
