Located on the corner of Farragut and Atlantic Avenue, this beautiful
5 year old top floor fully
furnished condo with heated pool, elevator, and private
deck is located one block from the beach. The unit offers 3 large
bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully
equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee
maker, pots, pans, etc.and a
laundry room with a washer and dryer. It also features central air
conditioning.
All bedrooms include a ceiling fan, TV, alarm clock, comforter,
pillows and large closets. Two
bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each, and the master bedroom has a
queen bed and private bath. Large
kitchen opens up to living room area which features a table and
chairs, large sofa, TV and DVD
player. Two car covered parking is included.
All you need in order to start your vacation is to provide your own
bed linens, towels (beach and
bath) and paper products.
We rent to families and adults only. Must be 25 years or older. No
Pets and No Smoking please.
We are currently taking reservations for the 2012 season.

Week of May 19th, 26th - $1600 / week
Week of June 2nd, 9th, 16th - $1800 / week
Week of June 23rd, 30th - $2200 / week
Week of July 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th - $2200 / week
Week of August 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th - $2200 / week
Week of September 1st, 8th - $1800 / week
Week of September 15th, 22nd - $1600 / week
No hidden charges! All prices include utilities, taxes, and lease
fees.
A deposit of 50% is due within 7 days of booking. The balance is due
4 weeks prior to vacation
date.
A security/damage deposit of $500 is also due 4 weeks prior to check-
in. Security deposit will be
refunded within 2 weeks after check-out date, provided property is
left clean and undamaged.
