House on Indian River Drive in Jensen Beach

This is a really cute and fun vacation home on a 1 acre corner lot.
Very clean and stocked with all dishes, towels, bedding, etc. There
is
an attached 2 car garage. The Indian River is right across the road
(the views are beautiful!) and 50ft of frontage goes with the house.
Great fishing - the mullet jump out of the water and you can watch
them from the living room! No dock. The 3rd bedroom is an office with a full
sized Murphy bed (bed in wall cabinet).

Screened porch with furniture,Bedding, towels, dishes, Cable t.v.
(there are several televisions), barbecue grill, beach towels,
beach
chairs and umbrella, sand toys. There are three bedrooms with a
queen
size bed in two of them and a full size Murphy bed in the third. 6
people can comfortably sleep in this house. This is so much better than
staying in a hotel!

The beach (Jensen Beach Park) is less than 10 minutes away! The
water
is a beautiful color blue with fun waves, and there are lifeguards to
keep your children safe. You can fish in the surf too. Downtown
Jensen
is a really fun town with some good restaurants. There is a mall
with
movie theaters close by ...and much, much, more!

$1000 per week. $3200 per month in season. Call or email for off peak monthly rates or prices on
long term rentals
