Vacation Rental Description

Condominium Palma Cocos is a beautiful spacious 1000 square foot 2 
bedroom / 2 bath condo which comfortably sleeps up to 5 people. 
Elegantly designed modern mexican interior & furnishings create a 
rich soothing environment built for your vacation pleasure. The 
building, Las Palmas, is a 3 story, 13 unit condominium that is very 
quiet and peaceful.  The building is located in the new upscale area 
of Playa Del Carmen, 2 1/2 blocks from a gorgeous, less populated 
beach.  We provide complimentary beach passes to Mamita's Beach Club 
for our guests. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

•	Ocean view from the rooftop swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and 
        solarium
•	Spacious Master Bedroom with a large closet including a  
        locking safe, king size bed, dresser & large bay window seat
•	Large 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds (beds can link for 
        couples), large closet, dresser & a large bay window seat
•	Grand Living room has a sofa (which doubles as a bed), and & 
        a balcony with courtyard view.
•	Stereo, cable television & DVD player and vcr
•	Fully equipped kitchen that has a toaster, microwave,  
        coffee maker,  blender, cooking utensils for five guests
•	Dining room off of balcony
•       10 beach towels for our guests
•	Service room/pantry
•	Two ceiling fans & central air conditioning 
•	Maid service included three times a week 
•	Caretaker lives on-site for 24 hour security
        2 Meditation cushions, 1 zabuton 2 yoga mats, workout videos

Activities and Attractions

There is an abundance of great entertainment and activities in Playa 
Del Carmen from great restaurants, clubs and coffee shops to palapa 
diners.  Shopping is extensive, from economical regional crafts, to 
clothing, jewelry and art.  The core entertainment and shopping area 
is along the main pedestrian spine of Playa, known as Quinta Avenida 
or Fifth Avenue.  During the day it’s basking in the tropical sun, 
by night it is closed off to automobiles and comes alive with energy 
and excitement.  Activities abound in the area including extensive 
Mayan ruins, gorgeous eco water parks and world class deep sea 
diving and snorkeling.  Additional information on the specific 
location of these activities can be found in the excellent local 
guide, La Quinta.
