From the moment you enter our well-appointed Villa at the Mauna Lani you will feel like  
you've entered a dream. Quiet and peaceful, with expansive views of lush tropical  
landscaping and swaying palms against bright blue skies, our villa is in a prime location.   
A short stroll will bring you to any activity including the pool, tennis, golf, restaurants,  
shops, the beach, and the doors of the Fairmont Orchid hotel. 
 
The Mauna Lani area is an amazing place to relax while enjoying the luxuries of two of  
Hawaii's finest resorts... The Fairmont Orchid and The Mauna Lani.  Our Villa is  
conveniently located to the private gated entrance where a 10 minute walk under a  
flowering tree canopy brings you to the doorways of the luxurious Fairmont Orchid Resort.   
If you prefer, drive down in a moment and take advantage of complimentary valet parking.  
After a few steps through the marbled foyer and tropical grounds you will find yourself at  
the beach. Choose from several “toes in the sand” beachside restaurants or find one of  
several private coves to enjoy that special moment as a family or couple and watch the  
turtles warm themselves in the sand. 
 
Also a few minutes walk away from our Villa are the new Shops at Mauna Lani including  
several restaurants.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our villa is completely stocked with all amenities.  Just bring your swimsuit and a  
toothbrush!   
 
3 Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with king size beds and one with 2 twins.  Sleeps 6 in spacious  
comfort. Twin bedroom and master bedroom have TVs with VCR and DVD players along  
with movies, games and books.   
 
There is also a large flat panel TV with VCR and DVD player in the Living Room along with  
phone, cable tv, and dedicated wireless high-speed internet access. 
 
 
Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops.  Fully stocked kitchen with all cookware,  
utensils and every detail provided. Includes rice cooker and crock pot.  All paper products  
are provided for kitchen and bathrooms.  Private wrap around lanai with your own built in  
Viking gas grill and even an outdoor refrigerator -- no waiting in line for a poolside grill! 
 
Central A/C, and a full size washer and dryer in a large laundry room with complimentary  
laundry soap. 
 
We provide the finest linens and towels, including beach towels. A porta-crib, double  
stroller and high-chair also available in the Villa. 
 
Enclosed, attached garage contains room for the largest rental vehicles and is also stocked  
with beach toys and chairs for visits to beaches around the island. 
 
Should you wish to cook for yourself you need only visit one of the local supermarkets or  
gourmet markets nearby to purchase fresh produce and all your favorite items.

Activities and Attractions

Very large 3 bedroom unit well-located in the Fairways at Mauna Lani Resort and  
surrounded by a golf course. 
 
Short walk (1 minute) to two pools: one large one and a shallow Keiki (kid) pool. 
 
Closest complex to the Fairmont Orchid Resort and also walking distance to the Shops at  
Mauna Lani. 
 
Access to Private Beach Club, with gated parking, where beach chairs, freshwater  
showers and beach grill are at your service. 
 
Mauna Lani Area activities include Petroglyph trails, tennis, snorkeling, scuba, surfing and  
boogie boarding, along with whale and turtle watching.  There are two world-famous golf  
courses, numerous restuarants and the famed "Spa without Walls," shopping, biking and  
jogging.  There are also miles of trails along the ocean to explore and hidden coves to  
discover. 
 
Big Island Activities include sunset cruises, volcano and waterfall hikes, horseback rides,  
and stargazing at Mauna Kea.  Enjoy an abundance of Blacksand, Green Sand and White  
Sand beaches on which to perfect your Hawaiian tan or check out the waves!

Sept 1-27 ....$250/night (7 night minimum) ... book by August 1, 2008! 
Oct - Dec 15... $350/night (4 night minimum) or stay 7 nights for $2300 
Dec 16-Jan 4....$565/night... $3955/wk (7 night minimum) 
 
2009 RATES: 
 
Jan – Apr…  $395/night (4 night minimum)...... weekly rate is $2765 
May ........$350/night (4 night minimum) or stay 7 nights for $2300 
Jun - Aug.... $450/night (4 night minimum) or stay 7 nights for $2995
