Summit Ski Area in Big Bear Lake at the Escape Townhome complex. You
can walk to the chairlifts and when you are ready for a break, head
back to the unit for a quick bite or your favorite libation.
Everything in this unit has been updated including brand new
kitchen and bathrooms. Not in the mood to cook? We are a five
minute drive to the Big Bear village area where you can find lots of
restaurants and entertainment in addition to the restaurants right
down the street. It is about a five minute drive to the lake and
grocery stores. *Non-smoking unit*

Kitchen - Completely BRAND new kitchen with granite
counter tops, Thomasville cabintry, all new stainless steel
appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, standard oven,
microwave oven, cooktop. All new dishes, flatware and
cookware. Wilsonart laminate flooring.

Living/Dining area - New dining set that seats up to eight. New
sectional with pull out queen size bed. Large color TV with cable. Natural gas fireplace that is open on two sides for a maximum view. Wilsonart laminate flooring and stone fireplace hearth.  Downstairs bath - 1/2 bath with new Toto brand toilet with slow close lid and new Kohler pedestal sink. Wilsonart laminate flooring.

Outside deck - Natural gas BBQ with direct hook up (means no trips to
refill empty tanks!) and patio set.

Bedrooms - New bedroom sets with queen size mattresses, new carpet
and Wilsonart laminate flooring in the bathrooms. Master bathroom
has a shower and guest bathroom is a tub/shower combo. New cabinets
with Silestone counters and new Kohler sinks and faucets. New Toto
toilets with slow close lids. All linens and bedding are new. Unit
has a Washer and Dryer in unit and forced air heating.

This place has it all! In the Winter you can ski and snow-board and
in the Spring, Summer and Fall, you can enjoy many hobbies such as
mountian biking, hiking, boating, sailing, fishing, backpacking,
canoeing and horseback riding just to name a few!
