Sunny Cottage Level Beach Front - Huge Dock & Floating Raft in Owasco Lake

This summer retreat  is located  at #18 Fire Lane #26 on the west shore of Owasco Lake and is one of a kind. It includes use of two kayaks,
a canoe, 50 feet of private dock, gradual
weed-free walk out for swimming, a fire pit and
gas grill.
Completely redone and fully furnished, this cozy lake front cottage
will provide you fun and sun at
the
water's edge of Owasco Lake. This area of the Finger Lakes is known
for its beautiful lakes,
wineries, hiking, waterfalls and gorges. Our adorable 1000 sq ft
cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths
both with showers, a full kitchen, and 2 separate living areas giving
you plenty of privacy. The
upstairs includes a kitchen with new stove and refrigerator, living
area, master bedroom
and bathroom. The living area upstairs will seat 4-5 and the living
area downstairs will seat 3-4.
The kitchen has a 5 seat snack bar as well as
table and chairs for dining in the
kitchen area.
Cathedral ceilings in the upstairs and master bedroom make this open,
bright and
comfortable. Both the living area and master bedroom open to the deck
through French doors. There is
a walk out wrap around deck on the upper level and beach front patio
on the lower level. edrooms
have one queen, one double and one with a double and twin bunk bed. 
The walk
out lower level is located only 20
feet from the warm waters of Owasco Lake. The upper level entrance is
accessible by a private driveway which is away from the main road and
the sounds of traffic. It is also handicap accessible.
It is located only five minutes from The Cascade Grill lakefront
dining and ten
minutes from the city of Auburn which has many restaurants, shops and
activities. Tastefully
furnished and comfortably decorated, the cottage is perfect for
beautiful sunrises, fishing,
swimming, and relaxing. It also includes high speed wireless internet
access.
Rentals are available for weekends (off peak), one week or one month periods
from May through Columbus Day.

antiquing, hiking, fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, shopping,
walking, snorkeling, live
entertainment, theater, sky diving, and many wonderful wineries and
restaurants.
Owasco Lake is known for its walleye, perch, bass, trout, and
northern pike. The Cascade Grill will
cook to order your catch of the day. This is a special treat after a
day on the lake.

Payment options: $200 deposit required for all rentals, refundable at
end of stay. 50% of full
amount plus deposit required 1 week from time of booking. Balance due
3 weeks prior to stay. Sorry,
no credit cards permitted. Two Night Minimum. Personal or bank
checks accepted.
Deposits: $200 Deposit Required, fully refundable at checkout.
Cancellation Policy: Full Refund if property can be rebooked, 50% of
full amount non-refundable if
cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date. 200$ Deposit not
refundable if cancelled more
than 14 days prior to arrival. 100% payment can be used as a full
credit for future stay.
Lodging Tax: N/A
Other Fees: Linens available for $50.
Other Policies: We ask that you respect nearby cottage tenants and
obey quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. Renters are responsible for garbage and recycling.
Private road speed limit is 10 mph.
