a private shoreline, pier,  
hiking path, and downtown Sister Bay.  Everything is close, 
convenient, and within walking distance  
from this condo.

Weekly Rates: 
 
June       - $1,250  (3 week minimum) 
July       - $1,425  (3 week minimum) 
August     - $1,525  (3 week minimum) 
Early Sept - $1,425 
Fall       - $1,195 (Fall Colors) 
Spring     - $1,000 
Winter     - $1,000 
Winter     - $1,050 (Thanksgiving, New Years, or Christmas)  
 
Extended stay discounts available for 3+ weeks.  Discounts available 
for use during the fall/winter months.  
 
All rates subject to change until confirmed - $300 refundable 
security/damage deposit required plus  
$75 cleaning fee to guarantee reservation.  The remanding balance is 
due within 45 days of rental.   
No pets please.   
 
Cancellation Policy - 1/2 the security deposit will be returned if 
cancellation is made beyond 45  
days of rental.  No refunds within 45 days of rental.
