This property is located 1 block off the beach front. It is a 4 
bedroom, 3 bath which is located on a corner lot that allows for  
great 
views of the beach. The house has a centrally located living and 
dining area with all 4 bedrooms located directly off the living area. 
The bedrooms that share sides are separated by a "Jack and Jill" 
bathroom. The front of the home has a large partially covered open  
deck 
with a gate to keep family members safe.

1 King bed, 3 Queen beds, 3 Twin beds, 1 Queen hide-a-bed, 1 Twin 
roll-a-way, 5 color TV's 3 with DirecTV satelite service, DVD player,
