Sarasota SunNFun Sweetheart in Sarasota

The home is newly renovated (think "Pottery Barn" on a small scale), and is located at the end of a
road at the edge of the park, just near the fence with a view of an open field beyond. At the front of
the home, there view is of a small road, trees, and flowers. On the other two sides are an RV and
another park model. Very quiet, but just minutes from many of the parks amenities. The unit has a
living space with TV, sofa bed, and lounger; there's a well-stocked kitchen with full-sized range and
'fridge; a dining area; a small but cozy bath; and a bedroom with TV and queen sized bed. There's also
a large screened-in lanai. The home is light and airy and nicely decorated. (You'll like it.)

The resort offers every amenity you could want: an "L" shaped Olympic sized pool, two large hot tubs,
a kids pool with water spouts and other pool activities, a pool-side bar and grill, an on-site
restaurant, two laundry rooms, an on-site recycling station, pet bathing stations, several bath-
houses, a computer lab, wifi hot spots (there isn't wifi throughout the park though), two fitness
rooms, gathering rooms for cards, games, and shows, neighbors and guests who are always friendly,
beautiful trees and landscaping throughout the park, including several wooden bridges over streams
and lovely nighttime lighting amidst the lush greenery that surrounds the hot tubs.

The park less than a mile from a well-stocked open market, and is roughly 20 minutes from downtown
Sarasota, Long Boat, and Siesta Key (it depends on the traffic). There's something for everyone
nearby, including live theatre, opera, baseball spring training, large movie complexes, a plethora of
restaurants, a Whole Foods (organic) grocery store, and lots of spots for an active night life.

Tennis, shuffle board, swimming, lawn bowling, billiards, classes (painting, stained-glass,
woodworking, using a computer, and more), park sponsored events (shows), and plenty of lounges and
chairs around the pool (and bar) making it more than easy to sit and read, visit (and make) friends, or
whatever you have in mind.

Although we prefer monthly occupants, we understand the need for weekly vacation spots. For weekly
rates, just contact us (they'll be less that the park's rates, with more amenities).
