Lac Du Moulin in Gatineau

Well here is your spot! You have no mobile phone access that means
no bad waves around you and nature pure!
The property is located near “Lac Cayamant” on the “Lac Du Moulin”
around 1 hour and half by car from Ottawa airport or 3 hours from
Montréal airport.
Surrounded by a beautiful forest, the cottage is on the “Lac du
Moulin” where you can swim and fish in pure water.

You will have direct access to the Lake without disturbance from any
neighbors.
The house is made of full logs, nice hard wood floors has all the
comfort you can expect: Fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed (can sleep
2 people), dining table for 6 people, 2 full queen size bedrooms,
washing machine, TV, DVD player, bathroom, separate toilet, fire
place and electric heating.

Around the cottage, you will find plenty of activities to do:
In summer you will be able to swim, fish, walk, visit the “Forêt de
l’aigle” where you can horse ride, walk on trees, do kayak tours and
explore the Fauna and flora.
During winter, you can skidoo all around the area (skidoo for rent
around the area).
In spring and autumn enjoy the walks all around the area and the
beautiful scenery.

For Two bedrooms Log House: quoted in Canadian Dollars
Prices start from $800 per week during low season (min. 5 nights)
and up to $1,200 per week during high season.

Deposit
Payment: half upon confirmation of reservation, and half upon
arrival in “Lac Du Moulin”.

Security deposit
Will be required (cheque).
It will be destroyed after the condo has been checked. Excessive
dirtiness or untidiness, or broken items will be charged accordingly
on deposit cheque.

Cancellation
*CAN$ 50.00 Administration fee on all cancellations.

*30 days or more, we refund your deposit, less administration fee.

*7 - 30 days prior, one week stay plus administration fee. The
remaining amount will be applicable to another reservation within 12
months following the cancellation date.

*Less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit is not refundable, and
cannot be applied to another reservation.

Check-in/Check-out
*Check-in time is from 4 p.m. on arrival day, and check-out before
noon on departure day.
