Vacation Rental Description

condo on first fairway, carport included + 1 additional parking 
space. Like new! Just across the parking lot from the clubhouse, 
pool, pro shop and all community center activities. Quiet 
neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen includes many small appliances, 
diswasher, refrig/freezer, etc. Carport and enclosed, screened porch 
(overlooks 1st fairway)included. Everything you need is there. Just 
bring your suitcase and toothbrush! Community is Golf community with 
clubhouse, restaurant and community pool, tennis, bocce, etc. Golf 
and pool & community amenity fees not included in rental.

Activities and Attractions

Clubhouse has restaurant and cocktail lounge/bar.  Usually open for 
lunch daily and dinner on weekends.  Complete golf pro shop.  Tennis 
courts, golf, bocce.  Very nice, quiet neighborhood with paved walks 
and low traffic volume.  A few blocks from Rt 1 and shopping, etc. 
Ten minute drive to Ft Pierce downtown & waterfront restaurants and 
Hutchinson Island beaches and state park. Ft. Pierce offers onshore 
as well as deep sea fishing, watersports, eco tours, boating and the 
arts.
Gator Trace is roughly 2 hr drive to Orlando(northwest) & 
attractions, 1 1/2 hrs to Ft Lauderdale(south), 1/2 hr to Vero Beach
(north), 1 hr to Palm Beach(south), 4hrs to Fla. Keys.   

Vacation Rental Rates

May 1 thru October 30, 2007 $1450.00/mo.+ $1450.00/security deposit + $166.75 Tax/mo. 
November 1, 2007 thru April 30, 2008 $1750.00/mo.+ $1750.00/security deposit + $201.25 Tax/mo.
Tax= 6 1/2% Florida State Tax on $1750.00 = $113.75 plus 5% Florida resort tax of $87.50 ($201.25)
Tax= 6 1/2% Florida State Tax on $1450.00 = $94.25 plus 5% Florida Resort Tax of $72.50 ($166.75)
1 month minimum rental.
Utilities (Ft Pierce Utilities: Electric, Water, Sewer) will 
be subtracted from security deposit.
