This 2 bedroom beach house is on block from the beach, well within  
walking distance.  It offers large amounts of outdoor living space  
with a screen porch in the front and large deck out back, suitable  
for entertaining and relaxing.  In addition to the two bedrooms,  
there is a bunk-room for kids or 2 more guests.  Pets are allowed upon 
approval, please inquire. 
 
Linens not included, renter will need to furnish (1 queen, 1 double, 3 
twin beds)

The property has been rented for the winter season.  It will be 
available no later than April 1, 2009.   
 
If interested for March 2009, please inquire. 
 
We're looking for monthly renters for the fall and winter months 
Monthly rentals are accepted.  If interested, please inquire. 
 
01 Sep - 31 May: $350/week ($200 deposit) or $975/month ($400 deposit)  
01 Jun - 31 Aug: $750/week ($375 deposit) 
 
Pets accepted upon approval ($100 refundable deposit)
