Vacation Rental Description

This one bedroom/one bathroom apartment about 500 square feet is located on the third floor of a  
Townhouse located on 77th Street between Third Avenue and Second Avenue. 
 
Entering in the apartment, you are directly in the air-conditioned main room. It has sand color  
painted walls and a brick wall, hard wood floor and three windows providing light. This room is  
furnished with a brown full size sofa bed, a capuccino coffee table, a capuccino dining table with 4  
chairs, a cable flat screen TV, internet and a phone. 
The open kitchen is equipped with a sink, a stove, a refrigerator, oven, a microwave, a cookware,  
cupboards, coffe maker and dishes. 
 
The air-conditioned Bedroom has 2 single beds(possibility to do 1 double bed), a dresser, a night  
stand and a large closet. 
 
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a shower, a toilet and lots of mirrors. 
 
Transportation: 6 train on 77th Street and Lexington. 2 Blocks from the apartment. 
                 
Neighborhood: the area is known as Upper East Side, extending from 59th Street to 96th Street. It  
is a residential area, close to the museums. 
On Second Avenue you can find some lovely restaurants ( Le Pain Quotidien, Bar Italia, Lenny's, Pick  
a Bagel), a few bars, delis and grocery stores. 
 
No smoking is allowed in the apartment. 
 
- Security deposit is required. 
- Check in not before 4:00 p.m (Arriving earlier? you can leave your Luggages at our Manhatan office  
until the check in time) 
- Check out no later than 11:00 a.m 
- Number of people cannot be more than 4 people (unless other arrangements are made).

Vacation Rental Rates

Rent: $300/night 
Rent: $4350/month utilities included up to $150 
Add:  $100 cleaning fee for less than 10 days or more than 30 days 
Add:  $50 for a check in on Sunday or after 07:00 pm  
Add:  $50 If guest needs to vacate the premises before 8:00 a.m 
Add:  $120 if you select to have owner arrange pick-up service from 
the airport. 
Guest should also pay a security deposit in the amount of $500 to the 
owner 
 
You need to send $250 payment in advance to secure the apartment. 
We accept for the advance payment:  
- Western Union  
- Paypal (add 4% to cover the fees) 
- Wire transfer (add $30 to cover the fees) 
 
When you arrive you need to provide the owner with the balance in US 
cash or Travelers checks, no other payment mode will be accepted.
