Vacation Rental Description

This house is a newly remodeled and renovated two-story house with
four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms
are located upstairs; the other bedroom and bath, along with a
gameroom which has a sofa-bed, are located downstairs.

The two floors can be used together or closed off from one another --
perfect for large families with kids, or for two families to take one
floor each.

The full kitchen, living room, and upstairs master bedroom overlook
the Atlantic Ocean; a comfortable patio which faces east can give
guests a breathtaking view of the sunrise over the water.

The house is strategically located midway between prestigious Ponte
Vedra and historic St. Augustine, which offers dining, shopping, and
recreation for all.

This house is non-smoking and does not allow pets.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rate for March 1, 2008 - August 2, 2008: $2550/week (plus 9% tax &
$175 cleaning fee).

Rate for August 2, 2008 - Sept 6, 2008: $2000/wk (plus 9% tax & $175
cleaning fee).

Rate for Sept 6, 2008 - March 14, 2009: $1800/wk (plus 9% tax & $175
cleaning fee).

Note: rates increase for holidays (such as Christmas, New Years, July
4th, Thanksgiving, etc) and special events (TPC week, ACC
Championship, Florida-Georgia Game, etc).

All rentals require a $500 security deposit by credit card. This
deposit is held by a licensed property management firm and is
refundable after final inspection and cleaning.
