16 Miles South of Ensenada,  
just 6 miles from Punta Brava,(the future home of the Tiger Woods oceanfront golf course), 
and 6 Miles from the Famous La Bufadora. 
The Home is situated on the Northern End of the Unique Punta Banda Peninsula. 
 
This home features 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths and is decorated in  
contemporary decor. Brick patios in the front and back allows sandy  
beach access, brick fire pit, and wonderful estuary and ocean  
views.   
 
The living area is open and spacious, and has a sunken wet bar. The  
living area features great views of Todos Santos Island and  
Punta Banda Point. It has a TV, Vaulted Ceilings, Ceiling Fan, and a  
Gas Fireplace. 
 
The fully appointed kitchen has a microwave, and coffee maker to  
make life easy for you.  All cooking, eating utensils  
and glassware are waiting for you.  The Living, kitchen & dining  
area provides an ocean view while you prepare dinner, dine and relax. 
 
The Spacious Master Bedroom Suite sports a Sunken Tub, Gas  
Fireplace, and view of the court yard from the King Bed. It also has  
a futon bed which sleeps 2, and a view of the estuary. 
 
Second bedroom has a Full Bath and Queen bed, while Bedroom number 3  
has a Full Bath, Queen Bed and Bunk Beds which sleeps 3. 
 
ALL linens and towels are provided. 
 
This home provides an excellent place for your summer vacation and a

The seaport town of Ensenada is just a 30 minute  
drive, where one can tour all the sights, shop till you drop and  
then party the night away. La Bufadora is just a 10 minute drive  
where you can watch as the swells fill the surge channel and then  
blow sky high. There are miles of trails to hike or spend the day in  
the bay with your jet ski.  Swim, walk the beaches or sit and read a  
book in the sun while others hit the golf course about 20 minutes  
away. (Baja Country Club-18 hole-par 72).  
View the geese and other migratory birds that come to feed in the  
estuary or visit the sand dunes in the preserve.
