Vacation Rental Description

Our 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home is located on a wide deep water canal.  We are just minutes to the Gulf of 
Mexico.  The seawall is over 100 feet to facilitate a large boat.  It is centrally located, just 
6 1/2 miles to Ft Myers Beach, 7 miles to Sanibel and close to movies, shopping and restaurants. 
With over 1900 square feet of living area which consists of a living room with a fireplace, dining 
area, new renovated executive level kitchen three bedrooms, 2 of them have king size beds, with the  
third having two twins.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances.  A side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water thru  
the door, double confection ovens, 5 burner cooktop, dishwasher and microwave.  All the small  
appliances that you would need, pressure cooker, crock pot, blender, mixer, toaster, and food  
processor.  It has all new glasses, dishes, pots and pans, silverware cooking utensils and dish towels. 
A complete array of spices.  The utility room has a washer and dryer available. 
Real hardwood floors throughout, except for the baths which have porcelean.  Each bedroom has a wide 
screen flat HD TV.  the living room has a 47" HD TV.  A DVD, Bose surround sound and DVD player is  
available for your enjoyment.  All linens and towels are provided.  BBQ grill and patio table and  
chairs are for your dining needs. The back yard is fenced in for your privacy.

Activities and Attractions

Our home is centrally located.   Besides Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel which are only 6-7 miles away,  
we are close to the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins training ball parks.  Fishing is available off 
the dock in the back yard or by boat.   A fuel dock is on the next canal over for convenient fueling. 
You can bring you own boat, or rent one from a nearby marina.  What a great place to Kayak down the 
canals and get to see the natural scenic views.

$500.00 security deposit is required at time of booking.  Balance is due 60 days prior to 
renting.   If unit is left as you found it, no cleaning fee will be charged.  If you do not want 
to clean, a $100.00 cleaning fee is due and will be taken from your deposit.
