This is a charming cabin with lots of privacy. To make your stay

Three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The bath on the second floor is
a Jack & Jill with connecting doors to each bedroom.
There is ample floor space for sleeping bags for children.

The kitchen is complete. Range, refrigerator with ice maker,
dishwasher, microwave and all the small applicance such as coffe
maker and toaster. All you will need is FOOD.
There is a charcoal grill outside.

Hiking, mountain tours, picnics, walks -- you name it.

White water rafting and/or slow river tubing.

Our regular rate is $189 a night.
Should you stay a full week, the 7th night is always free.
I do NOT use the calendars for security purposes.

POLICY: It is our belief, as owners, that it is our responsibilty
to provide our Guests with the best value in lodging facilities.
The hot tub and unit cleaning is the owners's
responsibility. Therefore these costs
will NOT be passed to our Guests in extra
add-on fees.

Nor will there be a charge to make a reservation.
We accept Master Card and Visa credit cards.
We reserve a cabin with 1/3 down and the balance (2/3)
due the week before arrival.

These are personal cabins we own. We are not a management company.
You will be dealing directly with the owners.

If a family pet is accepted
there is an addition $50 charge
for each dog. We do extra cleaning
after pets for allergy sensitive guests.
Our price is simply the nightly rate plus tax. (9.5%)
SAVINGS: This property is not located within the city limits
of either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge therefore there
is no lodging tax.
