Lovely riverfront home and guesthouse in the heart of Central  
Oregon. Private 2.5 acres in quiet residential area. Perfect for a  
romantic escape. Or two couples can socialize and have privacy. This  
is not a good location for wandering toddlers. 
 
Enjoy Cascade and river views from the three private sunny decks and 
watch the wildlife along the Deschutes. At night the stargazing is  
spectacular--especially while relaxing in the hot tub.  
 
There is a short steep path to our private grassy river bank.  
Excellent fly fishing either wading or floating right in our back  
yard.  
 
Fabulous access to world class recreation, plus shops and restaurants  
in Bend, Redmond and Sisters. Distance to: Redmond, 12 minutes. 
Sisters, 20 minutes. Bend, 20 minutes. 
 
This home lets you truly GETAWAY in your own style. Go hiking,  
biking, or skiing one day. Catch up on reading, writing and thinking  
the next. Clear skies, juniper and sage scented air, and the gentle  
sounds of a rushing river await you.

Double/twin bunkbed on main. Studio has queen, fold-away double and  
Cascade/river views. 
 
FULLY equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher etc. Washer and  
dryer. Gas grill. Linens. Cable TV in house and apt. Private hot tub.  
Games and books, plus information on activities nearby. Convenient  
shopping nearby.

Activities and Attractions

Fish in the Deschutes, Metolius or Crooked River. Nice lakes nearby  
too. 
 
Aspen Lakes, Black Butte, Eagle Crest golf courses are within 5-35  
minutes from the house. 
 
Downhill, snowboard or cross country ski at Mt. Bachelor resort. (40  
minute drive) 
 
Horseback riding at Eagle Crest, Black Butte and other stables. 
 
Wildlife viewing--great birdwatching--from our house and surrounding  
areas. 
 
SMITH ROCK has hiking and bike trails. It is an international  
destination for rock-climbing. (Lessons available locally.)

Vacation Rental Rates

$180-$210 per night ($210 includes guesthouse.) 
Deschutes County Room Tax: 8% of rent. (Certificate #776) 
$80 cleaning fee. 
 
Refundable security deposit, $160. 
We do not rent house and guesthouse to separate parties to ensure  
privacy.
