today. Powder soft beaches, exquisite sunsets, superb fishing and it
is a bird sanctuary too. Plenty to do; swimming, kayaking, dolphin
cruises, sport fishing, golf, shopping or relaxing with a good book.

WHERE WE ARE: Gulf Coast near Bradenton - Fly into Tampa and drive
[over 40 minutes and under an hour] over to Anna Maria Island on the
Gulf of Mexico or fly into Sarasota and it is 20 minutes to Anna
Maria Island. This 7 mile island is north of Sarasota and south of
Tampa.

Off season rates: 2009 May through December 11th.
2 people total includes taxes $495/week
3 people total includes taxes $565/week
4 people total includes taxes $635/week
4 weeks for 2 people is $1600.00 total.

Add 10% for the 4th of July week. 

All rates quoted are for 2 people.
$10/day/person up to 4 people

As usual no pets and no smoking.

We want the house to feel like home, not a hotel, so we have a 14-day minimum during season and monthly renters are given preference. In summer and autumn weekly works.
