I have been blessed with many great guests.
You are at the mercy of owners telling you one thing and doing another and I am at your mercy when you arrive and decide how you will take care of the place. It is always nice to be pleasantly surprised when your expectations are exceeded and the same is said for me. I do try hard to live up to and exceed what I have said about the place.
Simple comfort with attention to the main bed quality being a new high end Sealy queen mattress and box spring November 2012. Medium firm flavor.
Easy living is stepping out your side door and hopping on a bike for a ride to the beach, shopping or just seeing the island.
Free fast WIFI
Unlimited USA, Canada and Territories long distance land line phone that is super convenient per the guests
Well cleaned after each visit by a person that lives on the island.
Charcoal BBQ that is right outside your side door in a private setting
Outdoor shower
Laundry room [free washer and dryer]
A 24/7 person available by cell for issues that arise
A new roof was installed in January 2010 to keep you dry during your stay and a new Central air unit in 2011 to help keep you cool.

Imagine Florida 30 years ago and that is how Anna Maria Island is
today. Powder soft beaches, exquisite sunsets, superb fishing and it
is a bird sanctuary too. Plenty to do; swimming, kayaking, dolphin
cruises, sport fishing, golf, shopping or relaxing with a good book.
WHERE WE ARE: Gulf Coast near Bradenton - Fly into Tampa and drive
[over 40 minutes and under an hour] over to Anna Maria Island on the
Gulf of Mexico or fly into Sarasota and it is 20 minutes to Anna
Maria Island. This 7 mile island is north of Sarasota and south of
Tampa.
