home on deepwater canal – immediate direct access to the open Gulf
of Mexico by boat from your backyard dock sailing out to the

beaches, great fishing, diving, snorkeling, exploring, gorgeous
Sunsets, and fun!
Location: Clearwater Beach – New Port Richey Area, Upper Gulf Coast,
Florida, USA (40 mins from Tampa Int’l Airport, 15 miles North of
Clearwater, 90 mins West of Disney World).
Accommodations: 1300sf Home, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, (Sleeps 4-6),
Screened Patio, Heated Pool, Sauna, 60’ Waterfront, Dock & Boatlift.
This Dory’s Landing home provides what your stay deserves ... heated
pool, private sauna, fishing poles, gas grill, and two bikes. A free
Beach Pass to our Private Beach Club (short bike ride down the
street) is included so your group can enjoy a day at the beach or
see our legendary Gulf sunsets.
It's right on the wide and deep Dory canal - fishing begins right
from the back yard dock. The master has a queen size bed and the
second bedroom has two single beds. The bedrooms and baths are split
on opposite sides of the living and florida rooms. The sofas can
sleep two more. No smoking indoors, please. This home is very clean
and well maintained inside and out.
This home is located 15 miles north of Clearwater in New Port Richey
on a beautiful waterfront canal right on the Gulf of Mexico. The
entire Gulf Harbors waterfront community juts right out West into
the Gulf’s gorgeous water and breezes. It provides a small golf
course of its own, and boat ramps should you bring your boat with
you to moor right on your backyard dock. Or you can rent a boat for
all or part of your stay.
If you want to go explore, New Port Richey is a wonderfully kept
secret. It's about 40 minutes from Tampa (Busch Gardens, Adventure
Water Park), one and half hours from Orlando Disney World and
Universal Studios, 10 minutes from Tarpon Springs and; Clearwater
Beach is also a short drive. First class shopping plazas, medical
services are a few minutes away, as are numerous quality and family
restaurants offering very good food and service at reasonable prices.
The beaches along the Sun Coast of Florida are some of the most
beautiful beaches in the world. The string of all-natural barrier
island beaches from Anclote Key in the north to Fort De Soto (rated
#1 in USA) in the south, covers over 36 miles that include Honeymoon
Island, Caladesi Island (rated #3 in USA), Fred Howard Park,
Clearwater Beach, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach.
