rate may increase. $2,100.00 starting in September 1, 2008. Based on a seven days stay. Weekends 
$1,000.00 until Late August. Beginning in September $1,500.00

HOME HAS A HUGE BACKYARD PERFECT FOR A WEDDING, PARTY OR ANY PERSONAL EVENT. HOME IS COZY AND PATIO 
IS FENCED WHICH GUARANTEES ABSOLUTE PRIVACY. 
$500.00 deposit fee is required. Deposit will be reimbursed after leaving the property clean.
