Vacation Rental Description

Surfclub is a beach front complex on the Gulf of Mexico. This large  
and spacious ranch unit is fully furnished and tastefully decorated  
that immediately makes you feel like you have arrived at the beach.  
There are 3 large bedrooms all with walk-in closets. The oversized  
master bedroom has a king size bed, balcony with a view of the Gulf  
of Mexico and a private bathroom with walk in shower and double  
sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a balcony and a  
view of the Gulf of Mexico as well. The third bedroom has two twin  
beds. The second bathroom has a full tub/shower combination. The  
living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and a love seat size  
sleeper also. A rollaway bed provides an extra sleeping space for  
the unexpected guest. There are 2 TV's in the condo, one in the  
living area with a VCR and the other in the master bedroom. There is  
a separate dining room with six chairs that provides plenty of  
eating area. The eat-in kitchen has a table for two and has all the  
modern conveniences including refrigerator with ice maker,  
dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster oven, coffee maker  
and is fully equipped with dishes, glasses and pots and pans and  
kitchen gadgets and utensils that will aid in the preparation of any  
meal. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Sit on your  
private balcony off the living area and watch the sunset.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All you need to bring is a smile. This unit is not only fully  
furnished with a completely outfitted kitchen but it has a bountiful  
supply of linens to accommodate the three bedrooms and plenty of  
towels for the two bathrooms. There are plenty of beach towels,  
floating toys, sand toys, umbrellas, a cooler and beach chairs in  
the unit available for your use. 
 
There is a private exercise room that overlooks the built-in pool.  
There is parking under the building to protect the car from the sun  
and an elevator to take you to the unit unless you don't mind one  
flight of stairs to the first floor. All of this is just a few  
steps from the beautiful beach right out the front door to where the  
Gulf of Mexico awaits you. Casual and elegant dining and shopping  
are all within walking distance. 

Activities and Attractions

There are an endless amount of activities that await you on the  
barrier island of beautiful Manasota Key. There are restrictions  
regarding the height of buildings on the beach where the tallest  
structure is four stories. As a result the beach is not overcome by  
high-rise condominium complexes which make the strolls on the beach  
to watch the breath taking sunsets that much more relaxing and  
enjoyable. There are miles of pristine beaches to explore while you  
search for sharks teeth and that perfect sea shell. You will  
probably see a dolphin or two, maybe a manatee and with some luck a  
large sea turtle that use the beaches on the Key as one of their  
popular nesting sights. The various bird population includes various  
species of Herons, Egrets, Ospreys and Bald Eagles. 
 
Manasota Key and the Englewood area is known as a fishers paradise.  
Fish from the shore, charter a boat or rent a boat. And speaking of  
boating, the inter-coastal waterway provides miles of carefree  
boating with restaurants dotting the waterfront. And then there is  
golf. Plenty of golf for all skill levels. Also, walk to Stump Pass,  
a Gulf front nature preserve to see Florida in its unspoiled  
splendor. All of this is located approximately 90 miles from Tampa  
Airport, 45 Miles from Sarasota Airport and 60 miles from Ft. Meyers  
Airport. Mickey mouse is also only two hours away.

May-November, $1,125 per week (2 week minimum), $3,375 per month 
 
Advance deposit of $500 required for all rentals 
 
Rates do not include the $100 cleaning fee and applicable Florida  
taxes
