WELCOME to our spacious luxury 5 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms executive
villa, which is elegantly furnished, fully equipped and air-
conditioned throughout, to offer an exceptionally high quality
vacation home.
It is located in the peaceful exclusive golfing community of
Highlands Reserve (off Hwy27) and is a perfect base for visiting
Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Florida golf courses and many
more.
The large private pool and spa is perfect for relaxing and enjoying
the Florida sun.
The walk round the Highlands Reserve community is gorgeous as the
area is totally landscaped.
It is on Highway 27, which is only a few minutes from Interstate 4.
Villa
Our Villa will make your holiday special. It offers you fabulous
accommodation for up to 10 people.
On the ground floor is a: spacious hallway; beautifully elegant
lounge; large dining table; breakfast nook; huge kitchen with oven/
microwave/ dishwasher/ American fridge with ice maker/ central
island work unit; practical family room with THREE sofa’s so you can
all sit down; laundry room with washer/ dryer/ iron etc; 2nd master
bedroom with queen bed & bathroom next door; large garage.
On the 1st floor is a: master bedroom with king bed/ luxury bathroom
ensuite with whirlpool bath & HUGE walk in shower; 2 twin rooms with
a Disney and a golf theme; a queen bed room in a flower theme; a
desk area on the landing; a 3rd bathroom.
There is cable TV, DVD, a phone for free American/ Canadian calls, internet
broadband access, walk in closets, TV's in all bedrooms, BBQ, Treadmill and many other features.
Pool
Our beautiful pool can be heated on request and has an integral spa
pool / Jacuzzi. The deck has a table and chairs for al fresco dining
and sun loungers. The pool screening is great for keeping the flies
off you while you are soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Local Area
The Villa is just a short stroll away from the Berry Town Centre
with its Publix supermarket, doctors, Indian/ Italian/ Chinese/
rotisserie take aways and shops. Over the road is a bar/ restaurant.
A couple of miles down the road are fuel stations, bank,
restaurants, shops. You will have a HUGE range of shopping malls,
shops, restaurants and night life within a 20 minute area of your
Villa as it is near International Drive.
The Highlands Reserve Golf Course is a FABULOUS 18 hole championship
course with driving range and practice green. It has a golf pro club
house with snack bar.
You will have access to on-site Tennis Courts, a children’s climbing
play area and a LARGE communal pool.

NO SMOKING in the house itself
NO PETS (if you do need to bring your small pet, check with us
first. We suffer from asthma, but you may be able to bring your
little pet with certain restrictions and regulations for an
additional charge – just check with us).

The Disney attractions are within a 15 minute drive. Ok, you know
what they are….. the FABULOUS Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot,
Downtown Disney, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach
Within a 30 minute drive is our favourite… Islands of Adventure.
Also Universal, Sea World, cinemas, night life, restaurants to suit
every taste. Kennedy Space centre is 65 mins and Busch Gardens 70
mins. You are an hour away from the fabulous coastal beaches.

Payment Options
Other currencies at latest conversion rates. We accept payment by check. Credit card payment (3% surcharge applies).
Booking deposit
A $370 deposit is required, plus a completed booking form to
secure a booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure,
plus a returnable security deposit of $250. If the booking is
made within 8 weeks of departure the full amount is payable
immediately.
Bookings of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning fee of $85
