of an open meadow complete with ocean views makes this home the
perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation.
The Irish Beach subdivision is located on the quiet side of the
famed Mendocino Coast. 30 min. to the Village of Mendocino offering
the visitor a variety of shops and eateries to choose from.
Private gated access to 5 miles of sandy beach, tidepools, and
driftwood creations will keep visitors of all ages entertained.
Renters also have access to two private park/picnic areas and
fishing in a fully stocked trout pond.
Gorgeous open floor plan and unique window designs allow for
wildlife viewing and whale watching.

House is fully furnished and luxury linens are provided along with
our own private brand of Irish Beach tioletries.
Expansive decks and private garden areas for the HOT TUB.

products are provided for your use.
Gas cooktop with double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

home massage, wine tasting, drive through the Redwoods, and there is
a Concierge to assist you (free of charge) with any of these

*$200 per night no matter the number of people or day of the week.
*SPECIALS: May-Sept. every 3rd night free (excluding holidays). June-
Aug. every 5th night free (Sunday-Thursday).
*No outrageous out of pocket "refundable security deposits".
*Cleaning fee $100, Hot tub maintenance fee $35, Damage fee $40
*10% Mendocino County Bed Tax and 1% Mendocino County Tourism Fee
*1/2 due within two weeks and balance payable 30 days prior to arr.
*$50 cancellation fee per 30 day cancellation policy
*2 night minimum/holiday periods require 3 or 4 night minimum
