First floor: family/entertainment area (TV, VCR, DVD), wet bar, laundry (washer and dryer), and two bedrooms - one with two twin beds, the other with a king bed.
Second floor: master bedroom with king bed, living, dining, gas (no fire wood needed) fireplace, fully equiped kitchen, and south facing deck with patio furniture and gas barbecue in summer.
Third floor: bedroom with king bed and bathroom.

All bedrooms, living, dining, family, and kitchen have views of Lake Tahoe.

Located in a park-like setting, St. Francis Lakeside Condominium has a pool and outdoor hot tub in summer, an enclosed hot tub in winter, tennis courts, volleyball area, group barbecue area, beach and pier.
Unit 28 has reserved parking for three vehicles.

Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and Homewood ski areas: 20 minute drive

From $350 - $400/night - 3 night minimum, no smoking, no pets
From $1,500 - $3,300/week
Weekly (7 night minimum) rental only: Christmas, New Years, and Independence weeks
Price includes 10% occupancy tax and all linen
Reservation/security deposit: $500
Weekly and departure cleaning and linen laundering of $205 added to all rentals
