Vacation Rental Description

Light and air suffuse the home which you  
enter first floor into a downstairs atrium with piano facing a  
small  pond. with waterfalls. Here there are four bedrooms, with two  
bathrooms--one of which includes a washer and dryer. 
 
It is double-height with skylights.There are multiple  
entrances, and decks surrounds the pond. The barbeque is located 
under the eaves to protect you and your food from summer  
rain. 
 
Walk upstairs to an all pupose room--dining,living,  
kitchen with views of ocean and bay . The openess allows the  
occupants to listen to music, read, watch the ocean or bay while  
cooking. Kitchen is well equiped with everything you  need to  
prepare a simple or complex meal. Cross a small bridge to enter the  
5th bedroom --here functioning as a den. There is a collection of  
Americana as well as a full bathroom. Look over the bridge to the  
atrium. 
 
 
Decks on this floor include the following: two intimate ones --one  
facing the ocean, and one the bay; one with lights and table and  
chairs for outdoor dining. The intimate deck is "enclosed" by the  
two storied wild cherry tree. In late August you can pick cherries  
off the tree to eat, or to make jam with. 
The piece de resistance is the top deck -- situated  44 feet from  
the sidewalk.It's the top -- and here you can see for miles 
onto the ocean or  the bay,or Long Island.For sun worshippers, this  
is the place to catch those burning rays. 
 
Home is fully equipped with Wireless internet, Satellite TV,hi fi,  
good linens,china,books,cd's ,beach chairs. 
The Atlantic Ocean is located three houses 
away. The nature of the beach is such that even during the height of 
the season, there are no more than 25 or so people. For those  
desiring  pool is one nearby. A small hotel welcomes people who buy 
lunch, or drinks.There is a gym as well.  
 
Tennis is available by hourly rental, as are bicycles, jet skiis 
or sail boats. All of this is within walking distance in a place that 
during the summer only has emergency vehicles on its walkways.  
 
No pollution whatsoever. 
A portion of the property has turned into a meadow -- which the deer 
use to graze.The street is very quiet. It's a 15 minute walk to town-- 
 Ocean Beach ith its movies, shops, restaurants. 
 
Short boat ride to the fabled Pines, and to Cherry Grove.
