Vacation Rental Description

A large (550 square feet) studio upstairs end unit located across 
Alii Drive from White Sands Beach approximately 3 1/2 miles south of 
Kailua-Kona Village.
Large lanaii with full views of White Sands Beach and the ocean.
King bed, dresser, sofa, coffee table, refrigerator, microwave, four 
burner electric range, toaster oven, coffee maker, garbage disposal, 
ceiling fans in living and sleeping areas, and TV.
Tastefully furnished in tropical decor.  Call for pictures.

Sunset views in the winter
Beach chairs and beach mats
Assorted swim fins and masks 

Activities and Attractions

Cross the two lane road (Alii Drive) and be on the beach for 
sun bathing, swimming, body surfing, boogie boarding or snorkeling.
A 20 minute walk to the south is Keahou County Park and Kahaluu Bay 
for excellent snorkeling among colorful fish and resident turtles.

Vacation Rental Rates

From $70 - $85/night - 5 night minimum, no smoking, no pets
From $490 - $525/week
Includes linen
$150 reservation/security deposit
All rates above plus Transient Occupancy and General Excise tax 
Weekly and departure cleaning and linen laundering of $78.00 added 
to all rentals
Until reservation is confirmed rates are subject to change without 
notice
