Islamorada, Florida.  Featuring 3 Bedrooms 2 full baths located on the second 
floor.  Third full size bathroom is located on the main floor. Loft is considered a third 
bedroom.  Master bedroom includes a King size bed and water view with an amazing master 
bath with jacuzzi.  Guest bedrooms includes 1 queen size bed and the loft has a full size bed.  
Large living room with a spectacular water view. Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops 
and bar.  Recently renovated with top of the line appliances.  A great place to relax and enjoy 
beautiful sunsets from your own private balcony. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Twenty-four hour security with gate.  Heated pool, BBQ area, small beach, fishing/boat dock, 
clubhouse, and tennis courts.  Unit has central A/C, washer and dryer, and kitchen is fully 
equipped and stocked with cooking utensils, silverware, glasses, cups, microwave, toaster, 
and coffee maker.  Linens, bath towels, cable TV, and television sets throughout the unit.  
Main TV has a surroundsound system.  

Activities and Attractions

Walk next door to Founder's Park, which includes beach, cycling trails, excercise/walking 
trail, soccer fields, baseball fields, skate/bicycle boarding ramps, and an olympic size pool 
with diving boards. Close to supermarkets, blockbuster, pharmacy, cinema, and hospital. 
Close to world famous Tiki Bar.
