The property is very clean, cute decor, nice bedrooms, and bathrooms, great for families. We loved it, we loved the pool, we got up every day got our suits on and lounged! Very relaxing,it was great, we would bring our parents along-easy access for elderly being a rambler. There is an outlet mall a half hour away west of house, a water park in town. Its so close to stores,shopping,restaurants and/or to get groceries.
Nice and quiet neighborhood. Nice pool and patio furniture
The owner is nice and a pleasure to deal with!
We will be back and have reccomended this to our friends already

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

A pleasant experience!

We've arranged short rentals of this house 4-5 times during the past few years and very much enjoyed our visits. This simple, comfortable house is spotlessly clean, in a friendly quiet neighborhood, nicely equipped, and conviently located. And the owner is a pleasure to deal with. You'll enjoy the accommodations and smooth rental interaction.

Desert Palm Escape

Our family. spent the month of Febuary at Kevin's home in Palm Desert and had a fantastic experience.The house was clean and well equipped although the kitchen could be improved with a few more dishes and utensils.Having the washer and dryer at the house was greatly appriciated.The neighbors and the neighborhood in general was friendly and helpful.There are numerous golf courses near by,Woodhaven C.C. in particular is close and reasonably priced.Shopping is also conveniently accessable with everything you could possibly require within five blocks.We found Kevin very easy to deal with and would most definitely recommend this rental to our friends.signed Yvonne
