A large 3 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo with free high speed internet.
Located 3 miles from Disney in a 4-star resort, Windsor Palms. 2
large master bedrooms with king-sized beds and walk-in closets and
both have TVs. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Pull-out sofa bed in
living room. Sleeps 8. 2 full baths. Large projection 48"
cable color TV in living room with VCR/DVD player. No smoking or pets. A
bassinette, pack'n'play, high chair, two strollers and a booster
seat are all in-house. All linens, towels, cooking and eating utensils are in-
house. Expensive furniture in condo. Marble dinning room table.

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo last week.
We had the best vacation and it had a lot to do with your place.
The Windsor Palms is a beautiful community. We enjoyed the pool, club
house and tennis courts tremendously. Your condo is perfectly
located for use of all of the amenities of the community. I was
pleasantly surprised when the condo not only resembled the beautiful
pictures you have listed on the internet, but was also a lot bigger
than I thought it would be. It was perfect for the five of us.
Your decorations are gorgeous and the whole place has a very
comfortable feel to it. We will definitely be back!"

playground, clubhouse with 58-seat free movie theater, and all are just steps
from my condo.
Washer & Dryer are in-house.

free use of rackets and balls.
vacation rental rates
All stays in 2009, except holiday weeks, are $59/nt. All other stays are $79/nt. or $1995/month, except 2010 summer rates are $89/nt. or $595/wk. or $2195/month. All stays less than a week are subject to a $65/cleaning fee, except a 6 night stay must add 1/2 the cleaning fee or $32.50. Check for holiday rates. If you see that my calendar is booked the dates you wanted then check with me because I also have access to book up to 21 similar condos at Windsor Palms at other low rates.
