Vacation Rental Description

A large 3 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo with free high speed internet.  
Located 3 miles from Disney in a 4-star resort, Windsor Palms.  2  
large master bedrooms with king-sized beds and walk-in closets and  
both have TVs.  3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.  Pull-out sofa bed in  
living room.  Sleeps 8.  2 full baths. Large projection 48"  
cable color TV in living room.  No smoking or pets.   
bassinette, pack'n'play, high chair, two strollers and a booster seat are all in- 
house.  All linens, towels, cooking and eating utensils are in- 
house.  Expensive furniture in condo.  Marble dinning room table.  The following e-mail was sent to  
me by a previous renter: 
"Hi Tim, 
I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo last week.   
We had the best vacation and it had a lot to do with your place.   
The  
Windsor Palms is a beautiful community.  We enjoyed the pool, club  
house and tennis courts tremendously.  Your condo is perfectly  
located for use of all of the amenities of the community.  I was  
pleasantly surprised when the condo not only resembled the beautiful  
pictures you have listed on the internet but was also a lot bigger  
than I thought it would be.  It was perfect for the five of us.   
Your decorations are gorgeous and the whole place has a very  
comfortable  
feel to it.  We will definitely be back!" 
   
 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Windsor Palms has a hot tub, heated swimming pool, children's playground,  
clubhouse with 58 seat free movie theater and all are just steps from my  
condo.   
Washer & Dryer are in-house.

Activities and Attractions

Windsor Palms has Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis Courts, all with  
free use of rackets and balls.

Vacation Rental Rates

 
$59/night for all stays up to October 17th.  All stays from October 18th to November 9th are  
$69/night. Nov. 10th-June 9th 2009 stays are $79/nt.  June 10th-Aug.20th 2009 are $89/nt. All stays  
less than a week are subject to a $65/cleaning week.  Check for holiday rates. 
* If you see that on my calendar that I'm already booked for the  
dates you want and you don't mind staying at a similar Windsor  
Palms condo then I can book you into 21 other condos at low  
prices through my management company.  They have 2 bedrooms or 3  
bedrooms.  Please call for more information and rates.
