Bedroom #3: Twin Bunk beds, dresser, and TV/DVR unit
The living area is extremely well furnished with a tropical theme and everything you need to settle in and feel right at home. A large dining area is perfect for meals or playing some games after a wonderful day out at on the beach. A TV/DVD/VCR with cable TV is provided in the family room with
large, comfortable sofas/chairs.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including large GE fridge with ice/water in the door, GE microwave oven, GE electric stove with glass stove top,dishwasher, Cuisinart blender, Cuisinart coffee maker and all the dishware/utensils you will need. The kitchen also includes a large desk/hutch/office chair on wheels and high-speed internet connection.
The unit also includes a large laundry room with washer, dryer and large utility sink.

directly south of our location is the heart of famous Cocoa Beach

Ron Jon's Surf Shop. While enjoying our beach you can enjoy
watching the cruise ships come and go from Port Canveral! Just a few
miles north is the Kennedy Space Center where the space shuttle
launches from. And of course all the many attractions of Orlando
and the international airport are just a quick 45-50 minutes west.
