Vacation Rental Description

We have fondly named our beach condo "Sunset by the Sea" and it is the perfect location to create 
family 
memories, re- connect with family friends or simply just relax. Miles of beautiful, wide beach and 
world famous 
surf spots are at your front door from this gated and brand new luxury beach front condominum 
complex in the 
Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area.

This new luxury condo is located on the 4th floor (of 5 
floors) and has 1,700 sf of interior space that has been beautifully and 
comfortably furnished.  In addition, the 300 sf 
covered patio area is a wonderful place to enjoy an outdoor meal, 
read, relax or just sit and watch the incredible sunsets!

"Sunset by the Beach" offers the following:

Master Suite: King pillowtop bed, top-quality linens, LCD TV, his & 
her walk-in closets, and large tiled bathroom with soaking tub, 
separate tile shower, dual sink areas & private water closet room.

Bedroom #2: Queen pillowtop bed, Armoire w/TV, private access to the 
2nd bathroom, large walk-in closet.

Bedroom #3: Twin Bunk beds, dresser, and TV/DVR unit

The living area is extremely well furnished with a tropical theme 
and everything you need to settle in and feel right at home.  A 
large dining area is perfect for meals or playing some games after a 
wonderful day out at on the beach.  A TV/DVD/VCR with cable TV is 
provided in the family room with large, comfortable sofas/chairs.  

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including large 
GE fridge with ice/water in the door, GE microwave oven, GE electric 
stove with glass stove top,dishwasher, blender, coffee maker and all 
the dishware/utensils you will need. The kitchen also includes a 
large desk/hutch and high-speed internet connection.

The unit also includes a large laundry room with washer, dryer and 
large utility sink.

Activities and Attractions

The Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral are is a beach that is perfectly 
located between many popular attractions. Just a couple miles 
directly south of our location is the heart of famous Cocoa Beach 
which includes many great restaurants, shopping and the well-known 
Ron Jon's Surf Shop.  While enjoying our beach you can enjoy 
watching the cruise ships come and go from Port Canveral! Just a few 
miles north is the Kennedy Space Center where the space shuttle 
launches from.  And of course all the many attractions of Orlando 
and the international airport are just a quick 45-50 minutes west.

Terms:  30% reservation deposit, balance due 30 days prior to arrival

        Cleaning fee and 11% taxes due in addition to rates
        Rentals include utilities, phone/internet, Cable TV
        Multi-month or yearly rental available - inquire for rate
