at a map of Florida, our area is the little point furthest out in
the Gulf just west of Tampa . Centrally located between Clearwater
and St. Pete Beach. Just 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport
and 30 minutes to Busch Gardens. Orlando with Disney World and Sea
World is about 1 hour 30 minutes.
For about the price of a hotel room you get so much more. From a
fully equipped kitchen to the full size washer and dryers. This
condo has all the comforts of home. Located directly on the beach,
you can listen to the waves from the master suite or wake up to
coffee on your private balcony overlooking the beach.

block from nature preserve and 5 blocks to Guppy's on of the beaches

This property has it's own Tennis Courts. The Tampa Bay Area boasts
a number of activities including, Theme Park (Amusement Park),
Zoo/Wildlife Park, Shopping, Sightseeing, Restaurants, Sailing,
Boating, Waterskiing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling, Swimming,
Snorkeling/Diving, Windsurfing, Biking, Fishing, Fitness Center/Gym,
Health/Beauty Spa, Cinemas/Movie Theaters, Live Theatre, Museums,
Miniature golf, and my favorit dolphin spotting. There is even a
dolphin cruise, near by, that takes you out to see them.

12/14/2013 to 2/28/2014 - $1100 per week (5 night minimum)

3/1/2014 to 4/11/2014 - $1600 per week (7 night minimum)

4/12/2014 to 9/5/2014 - $1050 per week (5 night minimum except July 4th Week)

9/6/2014 to 12/19/2014 - $775 per week (5 night minimum)

Add 10% for Spring Break
