             Mi- Wuk favorite rental cabin		
			New Hot Tub

Lovely 3 bedrooms including a master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and 
separate shower.  Perfect romantic gateway with fireplace

Upstairs two bedrooms to bring the entire family.  Sleeps eight 
upstairs with their own  1/2 bathroom. Plenty of closet space.

Living room has remodeled gas (no hassle) fireplace.  Separate 
sitting room with pull out couch tv and video games.

Three TVs with cable, DVD and vhs players.  Desk top computer with 
dialup access.  Movies, games and books.

Full equipped kitchen and separate dining room to seat up to 10.  
Extra area for game table.

Two outside decks. One barbeque and outside sitting area 
under the trees.  Swing set for the younger group.

New hot tub for up to 7 guests.  Soak under the stars and trees.

$195 per night two night minimum $1200 per week

Holidays $225 per night $1400 per week for holiday week 
3 night minimum

•	No smoking in cabin

•	Pet policy: $75 per visit

•	Cleaning fee: $100 per visit

•	$200 refundable deposit separate non cashed check

•	Cancellations: 30 days for full refund

•	Check in 4pm and check out 11am
