It is on the 14th hole of the golf course about 140 yards over water 
to an elevated green. It is absolutly gorgeous. The home was built 
in 2006. The property is 1 hour from DisneyWorld. It is 
approximately 35-45 minutes from the Tampa (TPA) Airport. Busch 
Gardens is near by. 45 minutes to the beach and 1 hour to the 
pristine beaches of Clearwater. Golf Courses are everywhere you look.

2 car garage, 30'x8' lanai, brand new furniture throughout home, new
