Vacation Rental Description

Nest of Kin is a beautiful pet friendly home right on the Gulf of  
Mexico, on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. It is a 3 story,  
4 bedroom 3 bath house that has over 3200 sq. ft. of living space,  
and sleeps 12 comfortably.   
As you enter the courtyard leading up to the front door, you will  
walk through a tropical garden up to the porch, which has 2 chairs  
for sitting on the warm summer nights.  
As you enter the front foyer, you will immediately feel the warmth  
of this tastefully decorated home. The dining table has 6 chairs and  
the bar has 2 stools. There is a shell chandelier over the table.  
The kitchen has granite counter tops, all appliances and plenty of  
cooking utensils for large family gatherings. There is a large  
window over the sink so you can watch the children play as you are  
cooking dinner.  
The living room has a pit group couch, lots of extra seating, and a  
flat screen TV, DVD and VCR also. 
The French doors off of the living room open up to the large deck  
that is 26 feet wide by 60 feet long. It has 2 picnic tables, a  
table  
with 4 chairs and 1 other table. It can seat 20 on the deck. There are 2 lounge chairs  
for basking in the sun. This home is perfect for family reunions,  
weddings and just relaxing for a quiet vacation. the nick name of  
this home is "The Wedding House" because we have had several there.  
The bedroom on the 1st floor has 2 full size beds in it. The  
bathroom has a shower and a door that opens up to the deck which has  
a hot and cold running shower to rinse off the sand.  
As you walk up to the second floor, you have a washer and dryer and  
a central vacuum system. The bedroom on the left has 2 queen beds in  
it, a game table and a private deck with two chairs to watch the  
sunsets every night. The bathroom has a shower and a garden Jacuzzi  
tub you share with the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king  
size bed and a separate seating area with a chaise lounge and love  
seat for watching TV or reading. The master also has a private  
balcony for looking at the Gulf. The bathroom has a shower and a  
shared garden Jacuzzi tub. 
There is a spiral staircase going up to the 4th bedroom in the  
crow’s nets. It has a full size futon, small TV and chifferobe.  
There is a 360 degree breathtaking view of the Gulf and all  
surrounding areas from up there. There is decking all around the 3rd  
floor. 
Nest of Kin will be your favorite vacation home for years to come.

Vacation Rental Rates

Fall Season: $395.00 a day     $2395.00 a week (Does not rent past the end of October) 
 
Spring Season:  $395.00 a day     $2395.00 a week 
 
Summer season:   $605.00 a day     $3595.00 a week 
 
We prefer a 7 night minimum in the Summer months. Due to weddings, you can rent Wednesday to  
Wednesday. 
Pet deposit Non-refundable 
9% tax and cleaning are not included  
 
We rent to FAMILIES ONLY and no one under 25 years of age
