Luxury spacious villa - HighGate Park in Orlando

Our luxury spacious four bedroom, three bathroom vacation home with
private pool and spa is situated just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. 

It is in a quiet location off Highway 27, and is not backed up to
any other property. It is only minutes away from a wide range of
shops, restaurants and other amenities, including a Publix
Supermarket and a Wal Mart store.

It�s a great place to relax after a busy day at the theme parks or
after a round of golf on the numerous championship golf courses (we
are minutes away from the Champions Gate Golf Resort).
This delightful fully air conditioned home can comfortably sleep up
to 10 persons in one king-sized, one queen and two twin bedrooms
with a double sofa bed in the spacious living room.
The master bedroom opens onto the pool area through patio doors, and
has a large en-suite bathroom containing a corner bath, oversize
shower and double wash basins.
The second Master bedroom is also en-suite making this ideal for 2
families.
The remaining two bedrooms share the third bathroom.
The private, screened, swimming pool with separate luxury spa is
surrounded by an extended decking area. For those with young
children, the pool can also be protected by the removable child
safety fence. Pool and spa heating can be provided as an optional
extra.
There is also a covered lanai area with ceiling fan to relax in
comfort on one of the loungers by the pool.
The kitchen / breakfast area has everything you would need including
a large refrigerator (with ice-maker), oven, hob, microwave and
dishwasher. A full sized clothes washer and drier are also provided
in a separate utility area.
We have provided a large TV & DVD player in the spacious open plan
living area with a TV in every bedroom and a Playstation 2 in one of
the twin rooms (USA version, please bring your own games or rent the
latest from the nearby Publix store). There are a selection of
family board games, CD player and a selection of CD�s.
A cot & highchair is also included.
We now have a Games room with a Pool table, Air Hockey
and darts. We have also added an electric BBQ.
We have also installed High Speed Wireless Internet Access, and have
provided a printer for guest use too!

The villa is located on a secure gated community at Highgate Park,
Davenport. This community was built by Beazer Homes and is in a
secluded position off the main US27 highway, only 5 miles from the
main route across Orlando - the I4.
We are approx 30 minutes from the main airport in Orlando and 40
minutes from Sanford to the north of the city.
There is a decent size Publix supermarket less than 5 minutes away
together with a Chinese and pizza takeaway. The US192 is approx 5
minutes with its extensive selection of restaurants and shops, there
is something for everyone here!
For a taste of good old fashioned American cooking we strongly
recommend a visit to Cracker Barrel just along the US27, first class
service and excellent food finished off by relaxing on the rocker
chairs on the verandah!

All major attractions in Orlando are within easy driving distance �

Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal
Kingdom, Downtown Disney and the 2 water parks Blizzard Beach &
Typhoon Lagoon) � all 45 square miles of fun and adventure are less
than 15 mins away!
For the golf enthusiast there is a Links style 18-hole golf course
(Champions Gate - designed by Greg Norman) just 10 minutes drive
away. The property is also within 15 minutes of another six good
courses.

There is also the unmissable thrilling and spectacular Universal
Studios and Islands of Adventure
which are all within a 20 to 30 minute drive up the I4.
