Newest luxury condominium resort in the area is Madeira Bay Resort.  Our unit is on the 4 floor  
overlooking Boco Bay and a new marina.. It is fully furnished,it has a master bedroom with queen  
bed and TV,second bedroom with twin beds, full bath. Our fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel  
appliances, granite countertops, and both an island area and table with 4 chairs for dining.The  
spacious living room has a TV and DVD player.The balcony is accessible from the living room and  
bedroom, and is complete with patio furniture. 
 
It is perfect for two adults, or a family with one or two children. 
 
Directly across the street from the resort and just a few steps away is the beautiful warm waters of  
Madeira Beach (Gulf of Mexico). Perfect for swimming, sunbathing, taking long walks, dolphin  
watching or just relaxing. 
The popular tourist attraction of John's Pass Village is just a block away.

popular Pier attraction, and countless dining and shopping options.
